Cost Updates & Pricing Policy
Wholesale Cost Updates:
- A minimum of 90-day notice is required before any new pricing goes into effect along with a price list.
- The price list should cover all styles, clearly indicating those with cost adjustments and those remaining unchanged. Ensure UPCs are included for accurate identification.
- Example: if there is a cost adjustment planned for 07/01, a notification by 04/01 (90 days prior) is required. A comprehensive price list must be included.

- Price lists will need to be be sent to your buying team as well as directly to vendorcompliance@bootbarn.com
Note: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in written communication, the pricing for products will be determined by the wholesale price that is published and in effect on the date when Boot Barn places the purchase order.
Retail Price, IMAP, and MAP Price Updates:
- The 90-day notification policy also applies to updates for retail price, IMAP and MAP.
- All IMAP/MAP files should be directed to Pang Tsang (ptsang@bootbarn.com) within this time frame.

- Include the corresponding price list with your communication to ensure comprehensive understanding and compliance.
