We are pleased that you have chosen to partner with Boot Barn, the largest western specialty retailer in the United States, with locations across the United States.

Boot Barn is committed to better serving our customers through the use of technology and enhanced information systems.  As our information requirements change, we will require that our vendors take the steps necessary to help us achieve our goals. This will ensure that our standards are met and the associated costs are effectively managed.

The following pages outline our Vendor Partnership Guide which must be adhered to.  A complete copy of this guide can be found at We encourage you to review this website frequently, as all future updates and changes will be posted there. The Vendor Partnership Guide addresses the policies and procedures that are to be followed in order to comply with Boot Barn’s information requirements.  Please distribute this guide to all in your organization who are responsible for complying with these standards.

The fulfillment of a purchase order and shipment of the merchandise constitutes acceptance of our policies and procedures. Failure to adhere to any or all of our compliance initiatives may result in the creation of a chargeback.

Our goal is to get your product to our stores in sale ready condition, with a minimal amount of handling and in an expedited manner.  Adherence to these guidelines ensures that your product reaches our customers at the right time and at the right price.  Your support is critical to our mutual success.
