BOOT BARN PURCHASE ORDER CHANGE: Due to a necessary internal system change, Boot Barn purchase order numbers will be increasing to a (14) digit number. This change will take effect in approximately (60) days. Currently, Boot Barn purchase order numbers are as follows: By November 1st 2016, Boot Barn purchase order numbers will be as follows:

BOOT BARN ROUTING INSTRUCTIONS UPDATE:
This notification is to inform you that there has been an update to our Routing Instructions on the Vendor Information Guide. Please review the below updated DC Delivery Appointments instructions and make the necessary changes on your side. Boot Barn DC Delivery Appointments
All incoming deliveries to our Distribution Center must have a prior delivery appointment. Scheduling Appointments can be made by contacting our logistics team at DCAPPTS@bootbarn.com. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in-advance of anticipated delivery date/time. Vendors utilizing Blue Grace shipping portal must indicate that a delivery appointment is needed in “Notes” or “Accessorials” or vendor needs to provide pre-filled appointment request form with proprietary PO information. Please contact Blue Grace for questions regarding scheduling a pick-up or tracking a shipment;
NOTE: If any of the above instructions are not followed, Boot Barn will access a minimum $300 violation fee as well as the appropriate non-compliance chargeback for all and any unapproved expedited/special service charges incurred.

We are excited to announce our new Distribution Center in Fontana, CA Effective Immediately all New Store, Event and warehouse shipments scheduled for our Corporate Warehouse in Irvine, CA will need to start shipping to the Distribution Center address listed below. 08/19/2014:
Location Code #0901 – We now have a new Bulk Orders location code. This location code will be used for all Bulk/Blanket PO’s that are pending product allocation for our warehouse and/or retail stores. Any product ordered for this location will need to be “put on hold” (pending a Release/Distribution PO) and not to be shipped. The previous Bulk location code (#0999) will no longer be used for Bulk Orders.
